UPDATE: The current vsn (vsn 2.0.0+) does not require or allow you to host your own proxy judges. More simply, ou can now use the built-in judges or let Proxy Storm chose the best of 20 hosted judges, for you so you don't have to bother with it. Enjoy!

What are Proxy Judges?
Judges are php scripts that are used by ProxyStorm to check the the validity and protection level of proxies.
By default the Judge settings in ProxyStorm will point to a script on my server, proxystorm.com. If you have your own server, my recommendation would be to host the scripts yourself. This will make your judge more responsive and less prone to timouts and errors as only you will be accessing it. Unlike the judge on proxystorm.com, which is used by all ProxyStorm users.
ProxyStorm ships with three judges
