Some people have pointed out that YellaBot does not always scrape an email address.
In reply, we only scrape data that is available from the site we're scraping and not all listings provide email addresses.
We may at some point upgrade YellaBot to do "deep mode" scraping and scrape data that is on sub-pages as well which may increase the amount of results available but it will also slow down the overall search results.
I hope that helps shed more light on the subject.

Hi, I've just bought your software and I'm having the same problem using Yellow Pages here in the UK
I notice this post was added over a year ago and that you mention you may upgrade the software to go deeper and just wondered if you had done that yet
If I'm honest, even though I appreciate there are lots of benefits of the product, I bought the software primarily to scrape email addresses and the fact they're not being extracted is slightly dissapointing
Please advise if this is something you're likely to add to the software
Thanks, Keith Wilson
Good luck getting an answer the owner of the software has disappeared and will not answer support tickets Do a Paypal refund request while you still can. notice the dates on all the support tickets here
These people won't change.
Instead of bought this non-functional s/w, we might have moved to the other one which is far far far better, who are updating the s/w every day and responding mails quickly.
