99.9% of all YellaBot problems can be solved by Running YellaBot in Compatibility Mode.

UPDATE: As of September 4th, the latest version of YellaBot does not require anyone to use Compatibility mode.

After purchasing the Ez Empire Builder software how and where do i get the link to download the Yellabot scrapper? This is included in the price?
Once you purchase, you will a) be taken to an instant download link and b) an email with download link + your license key will be emailed to you. Note, as of this week, we have a full free trial of this software available at http://yellabot.com/.
I thought the yellabot was inlcuded in the ez empire builder purchase? I also tried to get the free trial and entered my my email twice but i never got any emails with the download link..
Nope, they're separate products. Not sure why you would think that. I'm sure there is nothing that suggest that within the EZEB sales pages :-)
Regarding not receiving your free trial, you may want to a) try a different email address, your current email provider may be blocking our domain or b) you may want to whitelist our domain.
We provide a tutorial on how to whitelist our bumblesoft.com email address. You can apply the same instructions for whitelisting yellabot.com. Find the tutorial here just swap out 'bumblesoft.com' for 'yellabot.com'. Actually, while you're at it, you may want to just whitelist both bumblesoft AND yellabot.com

Also, once you enter name/email, the product should be downloaded immediately, not by email only. So, what browser are you using? Please let me know so I can test on your browser + you might want to try a different browser (IE, FireFox, Chrome, etc).
I watched the video 3-4 times same the same night and i do not recall anything saying they had to be purchased separately ? I am not complaining but i wasn't planning on spending any more money than i could afford. The yellabot was the whole selling point to the video. Sorry I just did not realize that.
By the way I use Forefox, the most updated version.
i just tried it again and the window pops up asking if i want to save the file and when i click yes it does not do anything. I have a newer HP computer less than one year old so that should not be the problem?
OK, please put in a support ticket and we'll get you setup with a refund. I'm terribly sorry for that. I'll make it crystal clear on the video page from now on that they are two separate tools.
ok.. it was firefox. i tried it with IE and I was able to run the set up. Also the new zip for wpspinner worked.

What is the cost for the yellabot anyway?
YellaBot is currently retailing at $97. I'll look into FireFox to see if there is a bug with that browser. If you'd still like the refund, please submit a support ticket here: http://bumblesoft.zendesk.com.

Do you have YellaBot vsn 1.8.0? I just tested Yell.com and I am getting URLs (when available). Just note that not all listings have websites available. And, of course, Yell.com has restrictions on their site. They will only show any user the 1st 10 pages of listings for any search, something like that. So, even if there are 10,000 results, you'll probably not be able to get more than a couple hundred. That's just Yell's restriction and there is no known way around it at the moment.
But, if you're not pulling URLs then it sounds like you may have an outdated copy of YellaBot?
If so, please put in a ticket and I'll get you setup with the newest version which is up-to-date and working in all Yellow Pages directories that we support (US/UK/Canada/Australia).
Yellabot is scrapping the url's or email address? How can I fix this?
URLs should be available on ALL YellowPages sites while emails are only available on some sites.
Keep in mind that sites change their layout and coding every now and then and we have to update our code each time a change is made to any of the YP sites we provide support for. So, if something stops working for some reason, please be sure to put in a support ticket and let me know and I'll make sure the product gets updated with a FIX ASAP.
I have been working on a URL fix that you mentioned above. This is version 2.0.1 and it actually fixes several bugs that have popped up since last release.

I am unable to get Yellabot to run. A windows opens saying "a system component couldn't get initialized and Yellabot won't be able to run.
Please try installing manually Skybound Gecko or contact support with this ewrror message" . I contacted support and ran Process exlorer as instructed and sent back the results...
but that was on 9 July 2011. Since then there has been no response. Is anyone home?

Hi Greg,
I just got word back from our team last night and unfortunately, Process Explorer did not reveal any cause of the issue with your machine. Unfortunately, there is little more we can do at this time to help get it installed. What I can recommend is that you install it on a laptop or 2nd machine as I'm sure the issue is something to do with your OS configuration so it is very unlikely you'd experience this issue on more than one computer.
If that's OK with you, it would at least provide a way to use the software.
Otherwise, I can process a refund for you, if you don't think my suggestion will work for you.
I have had a handful of customers over the months experience something similar and as a last resort, probably 80% have opted to install on a 2nd machine and call it good. It's totally up to you. I'm happy to work with you in any way I can.

I have just purchased both products and on the download page, there is only a link to EZ Empire Builder. I downloaded the free trial of Yellabot, but it is not accpeting my PayPal confirmation number as the registration code, nor is there any such code in any email I've received from Eatworm. I was looking forward to putting this to work ASAP. Can you please help.
